Colney Heath are on a roll at the moment, reaching the Premier Division Cup Final tonight, 3-0 winners v leaders Chalfont at the weekend, 10 league wins on the trot taking them up to fourth......

Yes, Colney Heath can't seem to do any wrong at the moment can they, I was amazed last season when they could afford to let a player like Jonathan Donoghue leave so they must have access to some high quality players locally as that area is a renowned hotbed of talent.

Out of the loop again eh Cliff ?

Colney Heath have been benefitting from some foreign investment.

Sheikh Amar Bhuti bought the club in September & gave the bosses a war chest to get players from Hertford Town & Hoddesdon.

A brief report on this one from another's Forum, Langford will certainly be a great loss to the Premier Division:

SOUTH MIDLANDS LEAGUE PREMIER

Langford 0-4 Leverstock Green

Attendance - 32

Admission (& prog) £5.00 Bovril 70p The last chicken soup 70p The usual excellent burger £2.00

Langford huffed and puffed and to be fair never let their heads drop even when they missed a penalty, but there was only ever going to be one winner. Step 6 is looking an ever increasing certainty for the hosts - let's hope the drop in status isn't replicated in the tea bar.

Monkeymonkey8 - I'm surprised you are taking that negative stance, I thought we were both good mates with Paul Tompkins so you should know full well what I'm all about

I notice that football's "Biggest Fan," is, yet again, not at a game.

Why do you bother posting on a football forum when you never actually go to watch any football? I'm sure there are plenty of Premier League forums for football "supporters" like you.

I went to Langford as well on Tuesday night. Levvy run out east winners without really getting out of first or second gear... Langford showed lots of commitment but were never really in it. Foggy in the first half but cleared in the second half thankfully.

In left back Paul Donnelly they have a non-league hero.... "MeatHead" was his nickname from his team-mates!!! Getting one in the crown jewels in the first minute must of hurt!!
