So who's going where this evening, to quote Bruce Forsyth it could have been a big night for Padbury United if they'd played their cards right!

Rough head count 200+ not bad for div 2 majority for Winslow. Winslow 2 to the good and dominating proceedings with some terrific football on an awkward surface.

2-0 superb only let down was no Rhodes so I couldn't slap the taste out of his mouth. Beating Totternhoe, Aston Clinton and Padbury all away from home on the way to final makes the win an even greater achievement!

Cheers mate. Worked out where I recognised you from Wolverton Tigers I played for Water Eaton I was given the marking job on Rumble in that cup final against you, he didn't speak to me for ages after that he was proper pissed off! He was a good player bet he ain't playing now though. Good luck next season too pal you boys will be right amongst it. Will be keeping an eye out for your results.

Lol Yeah mate I think it was a Newport town I ran my nuts off that day in Midfield and puked up like a champ after, I'd played the night before for Winslow too. Matty Saunders put us 2 up and then we just defended for our lives as you'd battered us 3 nil home and away that season. I got revenge on Matty Old for a stray elbow earlier in the season that game first 5 mins you used to get away with anything and I went through him like an artic truck. He's playing and scoring at Olney now ain't he surprises me cos he was one of your weaker players just strong and quick he looked 30 when we were 15. there were some very good players and I dont see any of them playing now. You had some proper hard cases in that team! Lad called Anthony something up front was a proper headcase he used to frighten the ball into the net! Lol. Steve Bass broke his ankle playing for Winslow years ago and hasn't been able to play since he was quality too.
