Recommended Posts

Enochs Nephew - I'm not saying Hatfield Town didn't have a loyal support but the exaggerated home attendance figures were always questioned and eyebrows raised weren't they

Yesterday's attendances were excellent weren't they folks, 189 at Creasey Park, 146 at Hertingfordbury Park, 184 at Garden Walk, 133 at Roker Park and even 80 at Harpenden when they were getting just above single figures not so long ago.

For once you couldn't move in the bar area at half time

Ref Off Ref - What will you do if you beat Oadby Town and get a home draw in the Fifth Round against a well supported Club, even against Royston Town you could be looking at an attendance of 350 plus

That's what you get when you play on bank holidays!

Unlike you Rhodes I'd be there so that'll be 351 haha

Ref Off Ref - I said if Ampthill beat Oadby Town which I'm confident they can and then get a home draw, would you prefer an away draw in the Fifth Road though where the pressure is off, like at Lancing for example

As you struggled to beat Bedford it wouldn't have told Oadby very much
