Meet The Players Evening

This Saturday evening the players and management will be available at the club for a Meet The Players evening from 7pm onwards.

 

All supporters, sponsors and their guests are invited to come down, mix with the squad, chat and get to know the newer squad members and I'm sure the three B's (Burge, Batts and Ben) will be happy to answer any questions and discuss the finer points of the game with you.

 

There will be music and I'm sure some fun and laughter. Come along and enjoy it with us.

Wife is looking at Plymouth Uni with the daughter, so it looks like i am dog sitting on saturday. The dog has had a pin put in her leg so she cant be left for too long at the moment. However , what i plan to do is turn up at kick off and leave at full time (so dont concider me for any jobs Phil) and then, i plan to return to the club in the evening when the Mrs should be back. Shuffle shuffle.

I'm afraid I won't be able to make it. I turn 50 on Sunday and ages ago I made plans for Saturday which can't be changed.

 

As things happen, I might not be at the club much in the next few weeks. Absolutely nothing the club's done wrong. Without wanting to go into detail, this morning I received some bad news which makes football less of a priority.

Although Saturday's game has not yet officially been called off it does seem unlikely to go ahead due to the inclement weather. We have therefore made the decision to postpone the Meet The Players Evening until Saturday 10th March (following our home game with Rugby Town).

 

My apologies to anyone who had made arrangements but I'm sure you can understand.
