fatboyatmfc Posted September 24, 2013 Share Posted September 24, 2013 A decent effort by the lads tonight. Lost 4-2 with a cracker from Terrell and Russ getting our second . Defensively we are struggling and allowing too many chances to the opposition. I am sure the management are working on these problems. Midfield wise, the lads that have come in have good energy and look like they are up for the fight which is what we need. Impressed with Harry Driver and I thought that Jamie Connor had another decent game. Joe up front did ok in what was a very difficult task. Leading the line against Woosley and Hollis would be difficult for anyone but he put a good shift in. If we can put in the same effort on Saturday we could pick up the points. Think you will climb the table,you have a nucleus of a very good side in the making. Terrell Lewis, in particular stood out, but your team on the whole worked hard and never gave up at any point,which is certainly a good sign. Thoroughly enjoyed an entertaining match and a pleasure to watch both sides,which certainly isn't always the case. Good luck for the rest of the season.
