I stand corrected Eddie, as the back is amber, it is 3/4 amber

So blue from the front, amber from the rear.

No problems Clive.

I think we were all wondering what the back of the shirt was like.

I like the fact that the back is all amber if only because our vocal supporters can still sing that song about a submarine  ?

would love it if we did a long sleeve version of this kit. I know wont  be / not possible...

My favourite kits still remain 88 (I think) when observer were our sponsers, amber with blue strip accross the colar bone.

Also, the one we wore the season we won the league 89, amber with dashes of white and a button around the colar.

The hooped one (wont comment) ;)

We all have our favourites, (I personally liked the hoops) but as long as it's amber & navy I'm happy! COYR

I still remember with fondness the (thick) blue and (thin) pinkish orange striped shirts worn from 1962/63 until we got our floodlights. Probably because that kit coincided with the first period of sustained success I knew as young supporter.

At the same time our change kit was the Arsenal shirts.

We wore yellow shirts blue shorts against Wycombe away in a midweek game at that time, preceding the move to amber shirts blue shorts thereafter. We changed later to the amber/navy combo we are accustomed to sometime later, not sure exactly when!
