Karen's Inane Ramblings - 2020/21

Recommended Posts

Hi Karen - You're still as quiet as a Church mouse, are you okay, if you are are just cooped up at home in York in your Ivory Tower are you not able to post. You could still produde your 'Inane Ramblings' couldn't you even if there is no football at present as they are always a good read, I'm sure you can think of something to write about or just fill them with interesting statistics like you normally do such as the Ripdorf SV v Holdenstedt II game in Germany last September where Ripdorf SV won 37-0 beating Arbroath v Bon Accord.

I am assuming that Karen's Inane Ramblings (From Up Noorf) will make a return later this week and she will be previewing the SSML Spring Cup competitions once the FA have formerly sanctioned them. There will also be many other things to cover such as best-laid plans for next season and, for example, the proposed start dates and whether the four domestic Cup competitions will continue as normal as I'm sure we all miss the Challenge Trophy and regular 'giant killings'.

What has happened to Karen's Inane Ramblings (From Up Noorf), I'm sure we were all under the distinct impression that they would return once the SSML Spring Cup competitions got under way earlier this month and there is also Leighton Town's exciting exploits in the FA Vase to cover as well as the two Middlesex FA County Cup competitions involving a number of SSML Club's.

What is going on with Karen's Inane Ramblings (From Up Noorf), surely she could have covererd the two successful SSML Spring Cup competitions as well as Leighton Town's exciting run to the FA Vase Quarter Finals, albeit very disappointing exit to Walsall Wood. Additionally there are the two Middlesex FA County Cup competitions with SSML representation in both Finals, Harefield United unfortunately going down 1-0 to Hanwell Town in the Senior Challenge Cup Final last night at the Bedfont Recreation Ground and St Panteleimon due to meet Kensington & Ealing Borough next Wednesday (26 May) in the Premier Cup Final at Rectory Park.

It's back folks, at long last, Karen knows her music too, quoting Peters and Lee's iconic song from back in the day 'Welcome Home':
