2021/22 Predictions

Now that the constitution of the leagues for next season have been announced, does anyone have any opinions on who will likely end up as champions and runners-up of the three divisions ?

North: Hanworth Villa to beat Reading City

South: Badshot Lea to beat Balham

Div 1:  London Samurai to beat London Lions

We return to the CCFL again. Last time was 2014. New teams and grounds to visit, however some old advasaries also in the same division. Predictions for CCFLPN would be St Panteleimon (should they not appeal the move) Spelthorne Sports, Edgware and Wembley to be up there in the top ten.

As most of my spectating is from the C/ C I can only say with so many new teams from different leagues that have never been seen by me.

From the teams I’ve seen Hanworth, Jersey and BadshotLea will be in the mix

One thing I do know is that the best team will win.

Would be nice at the end of the season the two league winners have a championship decider. Two legged!

Spelthorne needing to rebuild with a lot of players leaving due to the travel required in the new division

A bit too early to tell untill fixtures released. However, Premier div N teams in the top could be the newcomers, Wembley, Edgware. St Pantelimon are likely to be in the mix as well. Do not know much about the existing CCFL teams to make comments.

That's interesting given they were already in the Combined Counties League and now they'll have club's nearer to them such as Wembley, NG and my club Edgware Town 

 

I'm sure some clubs have had to reassess with regards to playing and management but this seems an odd one especially as looking at previous league tables Spelthorne have been thereabouts the last few years

Closer to the club yes, but it depends where the players come from. If they come from the other side of Spelthorne, it's further for them to travel.
