A good summary WXEn8. An interesting tactical battle but not an interesting game.

Carshalton changed their tactics second half. Their manager concluded that he did not need 4 defenders at the back as there was only Wylie playing forward against 4. Their captain who was playing left back till half time moved into the midfield in front of the defence and cut off the supply to Wylie even more.

Strange it appeared to me that their goal in the first half was against the run of play and similarly ours was also against the run of play. By the time of the equaliser I was convinced we were going to lose it was only a question of how many.
