Salisbury Mini Coach on Saturday is Go Go Go

I am pleased to announce that the Coach planned for Saturday's trip to Salisbury is definetly going to run and will be leaving New Lodge at 10.45am thanks to two supporters who have agreed to put up 50% of the coach cost.

 

With less than 20 seats taken up which is disappointing a 24 seater coach has been booked. Being a Mini Coach this will not have a toilet on board but we will be making a stop on the way and on the way back.

 

To cover the rest of the cost we have had to increase the price slightly but I am sure you will understand and still agree this is a bargain price. Adults £10 and Concessions £7.

Why the shortage of support for the trip when you are doing well in both the league and FA Cup?

even allowing for Harrow's lack of devotees.

I guess with this being our 4th successive Saturday on the road people are having to pick and choose their games, particularly with it being the start of half term week. We do have a lot of fans who prefer to drive anyway as well....

 

The attendance for Harrow was disappointing, though not entirely unexpected. Not only do they not bring many, they're such an ugly team to watch that they put off the casual fans.... Still one of the better supported teams in the league - 3rd highest average!

Fair comment, the away trips do hit the pocket

rather hard, though had expected you to get least 300+ on Tuesday.

 

By comparison, from what we saw, a lot of the 895 at Braintree must have been in hiding....

Just looked at the match photos on the boretree forum......I see what you mean.

But why declare more and pay extra VAT ....surely they was there somewhere.

Yes, Just be at the ground for 10.30 we currently have about 5 seats spare.
