Its no wonder no one in football likes enfield town you people are the most arrogant lot of fans i have ever encountered at the lower levels ,you just think your the dogs bollux of football who stroll around other clubs grounds as if your doing them a massive favour by showing up.Well i have news for your club as NOBODY in level 5 football likes you and reading these forums just proves that.Sympathies are no longer with you in football any more and since the former enfield chairman has gone sympathies amonst other clubs are with the old enfield club. You people delude yourselves that your going up but you have a very average team and and facilities that are not even yours .your fans will slowly disappear along with your arrogant ailing club and the sooner the better for us all .

Abbey nut i take it your a waltham abbet fan .So what do you abbey fans think of enfield town as i havent spoken to anyone at your club yet .i have you pencilled in for a visit in february but Essex fixtures are not known until a month in advance probally due to enfield town borrowing someone elses ground thats NOT theirs.It would seem the football world hates them and where ever ive been its not hard to see why. Please P M me your february fixtures when you have them .

So what am I supposed to do when I learn that EFC get turned over, then? Four nil at Hertford is not a good result, and to have another player sent off in the process-unhelpful.

 

When our teams lose we expect to get some stick. Perhaps its been worse this year because it hasn't that often to the clubs supported by the regular posters on here. I'm never sure what to think we somebody goes overboard on the odd remark; maybe they just prefer dishing it out.

 

As for 'facilities are not even yours', I hadn't noticed Ware handing over the freehold of Wodson Park. What a Xmas gesture that would have been, even out in Hertfordshire!

 

Maybe nobody likes us. Strange how they like our money, though.

Enfield Town fans have been polite to you (apart from friutbat) everytime you have been on the ESL forum.What made you launch into such a rabid attack on our club.???

 

The only teams/fans we have a dig at are Leyton,EFC,Waltham Abbey. NOT because we are arrogant,but because people from those teams started giving ETFC stick in the past.If teams want to have a pop,we'll respond.But we are never the first to be snide or confrontational.But as i say,when we are on the receiving end,we do respond in kind.

 

You are also totally wrong to say that sympathies now lie with EFC.Until they are back playing in ENFIELD or until they accept Towns olive branch of 'talks'.Sympathies will lie very firmly with the team representing its local community.

 

Shadow. You were very civilised towards ETFC UNTIL you found out that the Chesunt supporter 'Fruitbat' was also a Town fan.Since then,you attitude towards our club has changed.I find that petty and unprofessional.

I am not an enfield fan you dumarse but a groundhopper who has an interest in the enfield saga and believe me You lot at ENFIELD TOWN are seen as the bad guys and THE PITS in most clubs books.

Sorry cant see that you represent your own community when you borrow someone elses ground and pass it off as your own and hope no one notices. I have read these forums for many months now and visited many grounds where youve played at and im telling you in no uncertain terms that nobody likes enfield town one iota.

You sound like a desperate man.Maybe your worried about whether it was the correct decision to go travelling with Franchise/MK fc. You seem to be taking it out on those of use that are trying to preserve football in their own community(the community of which the club is named and represents).You've made you bed you better lie in it.Just don't try to take it out on a supporters run club like ours.

 

Also, for you information the ground that ETFC play at IS IN Enfield( thats whats important to us.). AND we OWN all the stands and ALL the seats.Brimsdown only own the clubhouse and the fence surrounding the ground.And before you ask,YES the stands can be easily transported to a site of our own ,when we need to move them into our own stadium.

 

Finally.I think you must be the DUMBarse for saying that you are not a EFC supporter.When did i say you were a EFC supporter.??? <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/doah.gif" alt="" />
