Stansted claim this one at the moment when 44 year old Lawrie Ashworth came on the field against Burnham today. Lawrie started his career at Eton Manor aged 15 and recalled a "Reg" when he was there. Much travelled , Northwich Victoria Skelmersdale, East Thurrock Utd, Leytonstone, Barnet etc etc .. we await the next contender ...... !

Bloody hell!! There's hope for me yet. Now all I've got to do is lose 4 stone get fit pick up some football skills etc etc.......
