But Roger we have been told that the club will let us all know when there is news and that we should not listen to speculation and rummors!

 

Dont go upsetting the club with rummors or the toys might get thrown out of the pram and the censor might have to be put into action again!

There are no secrets regarding the coming and going of players, those out of contract can do what they like without telling the club -its only when the new season begins that all the facts and figures will be known...its a normal way..OR

just because the club chooses not to re new a players contract or ask players not to stay -then thats up to a manager....

 

The Micheal Murphy move was known to me as a personal friend and they were no secrets, he was out of contract! for what other reasons his or the club's is none of my business...

Staines, as you will know from reading the story on the Official Website, three players were RELEASED by the club, so yes, I think it is safe to assume that the club knew about that. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/bootyshake.gif" alt="" />

Don't want to say anything unless it's announced by the club, and of course said rumour could prove to be untrue. I think a call to the 'powers that be' who run the club might be in order, but we all know what the communication is like from them...
