Not sure if I've put THIS on here before, but I can't believe this leaflet was made as recently as the 80s.

 

Madness - how the fk is a couple of sandbags and a tin of fruit gonna protect you from a nuclear bomb!!

 

Fascinating reading though. There are a couple of Government Protect & Survive films on Ebay at the minute, so I may get one of them and have a perusal.

 

I remember watching a similar thing (possibly the same thing) in Mr Roff's Physics class in 1990 - fking scary stuff for a 14-year old!!

I think the girls were always more scared in Mr Roffs class as he attempted to look up thier skirts
