Gerrards Cross is the closest station. 1.8 Miles

I also believe the tunnel at Gerrards Cross has been reopened following its collapse in the building of the new Tesco's.

Actually I made a mistake - it is 1.8 miles from the ground to the station, but only 1.7 miles from the station to the ground - my aplogies for such a drastic mistake.

 

I guess you can cut a corner on the inward journey
