I could of had him...He only attacked me as he had you lot to back him up! He's never done it when he's alone! ( yet )

As for the match. Wasn't that great. Few good players and a few SHOCKING ones! Good to see a Windsor side not give up when we let a goal in!

Is there a trophy for winning the capital league!?

COME ON YOU RESSSSSSSSSIES!

Poor quality game ?

Little bit unfair. Thought STFC passed the ball very well, and their movement was good. Couldn't threaten too often as generally WEFC's defence was very strong.

Seedel is a good player for Slough. For Windsor, Cox and Dunlop stood out.

3 games, 3 wins.......can't argue too much about that !!

i must get my eyes tested as i couldnt see STFC scoring if they had been there all night, gardiner made one good save low down from a free kick then nothing, where as WEFC should have with better finishing had two in the first half anf four in the second. agreed STFC had far more possession but crabed it ACROSS the park and needed more forward movement.some good points for WEFC was two good goals, mistake by defence gave STFC their only chance and defence was strong, heads didnt drop when one down. played 3- won 3- 8 for -1 against. both STFC & WEFC First Xl would like that start. Dont knock the ressies give them credit and club support they are possibly the future. after all a number of STFCR are from Wycombe youth setup.

think your all being a bit unfair on the lads,

yes they didnt pass the ball around as much as slough but they did work hard for each other which is something the first team need to work.

Not to strong in midfield, but they made up for it with hard work, defensive was strong yet again, first twenty mins a bit shakey but they have only concedeed one goal in three games, dunlop, woodcraft and sanford work well as did the front to men.

they have one special thing that i think windsor should build upon and thats pride and confidence within each other.

Yeah you really must given that Slough did score. Perhaps its time to bring these reserves into the first team given that this thread has generated more talk and positivity than the vast majority of your first team games - except that your going to win the Cup obviously.

maybe it is time to bring in these players to the first team, i mean what harm can they do, at this present time they couldnt do any worse than whats been happning, i think only positives will come out of it.

it's been a pretty miserable start to the season, and it's a fact that we haven't won in the league yet, but, we've only lost 4, and got through to the 3rd Qualifying Round of the FACUP. Our four defeats have come at the hands of some ok teams, and we've got draws against East Thurrock and Walton who've surprised better teams than us already.

A couple of wins over the next few weeks and all will be rosy.

That's the positive approach to Saturday. Now from the other angle, surely Tiverton couldn't lose at home to us, how embarassing would that be. They should cane us, and if they don't they'll be kicking themselves. Pressure is all on them, we got nothing to lose (£5k aside).
