SORT IT OUT!

first half-no complaints, excellent allo ver the field.well played will and richie wilson especially. wallace has found his scoring boots at last.

now for the secont half.absolutely awful.we play so well for the first 45 minutes and we f*** it up

at the start of the season i was confident, but prepared to be patient for the first couple of games but now, after tonight my patience is waring thin. i was told the same sort of thing happened on saturday, and we must learn that a match is 90 mins long not 45.

we have 4 points from a possible 27 and unless something changes fast we will be returning to the glorious lows of the ryman division one south <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/angry.gif" alt="" />

Bring back someone who destroyed our season and took his new club to the brink of relegation, got a second chance and still ballsed up?

Madness indeed!

What we need now is discipline and fitness which are both sadly lacking at the moment and both of which were not strong points with Mr Greene either.

yes but we cannot ignore the fact we were 9th we he went and had been promoted the year before, i dont think he ever got the support from maidenhead whch was well documented, and this is a windsor discussion so if you scum across the road can stay out of this one that would be useful

It's worth noting that WEFC has had to play 5 away league games and only 3 at home so far. Then, after the FA trophy game on Saturday, there follows 2 more away games! Then follows 3 consecutive home games. The time to judge the team will be after this run of home games. If improvement in results is not seen at that time, it may well be time to consider a change, as long as any change does not involve Greene.

Yes we were 9th and losing form rapidly and, yes, we were promoted the previous season along with 16 other clubs in the restructure - hardly something you would put on your CV is it?

Which scum across which road are you referring to? I think 25 years of watching Windsor home and away qualifies me to take part in any Windsor discussion thank you!

You want Greene back! Says it all about you!

Greeno's gone. Jesus is our manager and although time is running out for him i feel if he does get sacked it isn't his fault. He's brought in some great players. Luck has gone against us and some people havn't performed at all this season.

you are a berk lego boy, its the managers job to get players to perform, who are these great players the 12 games i have seen maybe warner is the only one with potential, paul and peter kersey, coxy, spenny, tilbs, skinner, were all signed by greene so that narrows it down for you

Greene is not the answer. By his own actions and admission, WEFC does not fulfill his 'ambitions'. The club was only an opportunity for him to get noticed by a club higher up the pyramid so he could then leave, taking the best talent with him. When you burn your bridges, there should be no way back. I seem to recall that all Greene's managerial 'successes' owed at least as much to league reorganisations and other clubs demise as it did to his own team's positions. He has twice finished in relegation places only to escape on technicalities, and once gained a notional promotion without finishing in a normal promotion spot. This is not going to be WEFC's best season, but all the team needs to do is finish ahead of four other clubs. I would back the existing management to do this when injuries are clear and the team actually plays some home games. If Carroll stays the year and accomplishes this, then he may well mature into an effective manager for the future. I say give him the chance. If Greene came back, I for one would stay away.

question for madness. how can dave carroll make players that are not playing that well better

he picks the side everyweek and if they dont perform then theres not much he can do until the game is over,by then it is too latwe must also remember that we have to play our ressies at the moment due to injuries and i doubt dennis greene would do that.he would do like he has done to all our good players over the years.force them out

for example. sean dyke, matt glynn, michael murphy, kieron adams, and many others were forced out because dennis did not like them.

dennis will not become windsor manager again.fullstop.

Woody you are as bad as those maidenhead fans boycotting games because of the manager.

Was he really that bad. He left us for a club in a higher division you can understand that. fair enough he shouldnt of said things he said, but wasnt his cockiness what windsor fans loved in the trophy season and promotion season?

Yes but what ambition or self respect would that show for the club?

I didn't say i'd stop going but no doubt i wouldn't bother going to glamour ties like Leyton away on a tuesday night twice(!) in one season
