Uncle Urchin

BN1 just read your comments about AN above, yes I saw and heard him and had to chuckle meself but not at us cos he's most welcome to come to the stadium at any time, gives the match in Jan a little more spice methinks.

Cheers once again for your support and wish you well.

how true PM i dont want to get on any of the players backs(far from it)...and i hope im proven wrong (and im not pointing the finger at longman) but i just cant see what longman gives to the team at the moment , we seem to be lacking a creative midfielder somthing which longman is not.

Seeing as you mention it, I think Longman has a great left foot, hits accurate corners and IS creative. He lacks a bit of fitness at the moment, but he looks hungry and is combative, which you need at this level. WIth Danny Cowley working alongside him winning the ball, it should be a good partnership.

Anyway, all will be different tomorrow and Concord will feel the Urchins bouncing back in style.

I'm sure we all will be right behind the lads tomorrow, see you all there, can't wait!

let me make myself clear on this issue...I am all for dabate on team selection and formations...its part of the enjoyment of being a fan and we all have different opinions.....thats why I started the 'dream team' thread as we never seem to talk about these issues which we should...

my objection to teepee was simply because he wasn't passing his own opinion...he was referring to a so called conversation heard in the car park allegedly held by two senior players....and that was out of order on here..

opinions are healthy and part of our wonderful game...we all have them....

Unc - Apologies.Fairly new to the forum scene so just getting to grips with the etiquette.Genuinely thought that given the amount of debate regarding the formation it was interesting to hear it from another angle.Anyway have feel suitably chastised and will move on.

this club, since i have been coming on the forum has always supported the players,

That's what I like about our crowd. We truly support our players.
When one of our lot makes a mistake, most of us shout out "Unlucky son", rather than grumbling at the player aloud.
Admittedly, there is just one bloke who seems to moan a bit, but he's a [****!!****], and we usually drown him out.
Tony Choules knows him. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
