Its interesting to see that you don't actually have to reduce your wage bill just convince the League that you are reducing your wage bill.

Remember it was only about a year ago that Scally Wag was criticising Cardiff City for exactly the same thing.

 

At the time he was reported to have commented that getting the loan from the PFA gave Cardiff an unfair advantage.
