Countdown to Braintree

I dont think it would matter if this was a mid table game, they will want to win as much as we do.

All you can ask of the players is to give it all they have on the day and not walk off the pitch knowing they could have done more. If we dont win but have given everything then I will have no complaints. Last season at their place the whole team never showed up and 5 nil was not half as bad as it could have been.

Forget its Braintree for a second though, a point against the team cruising at the top would be a good result for any team.

So Henty, Sappleton, Macca, Kerrigan Will be trying to prove theyve come along way as defenders.

and im sure hunter and Dormer will not want to be on the end of another defeat.

In recent weeks dormer has become alot more vocal as a captain on the pitch when the player are on the back foot/playing poorly ((eg saturday)) he may well be able to motivate the players for this one.

We're all looking forward to your visit Gazza.

Should be a decent crowd, although I'm a little concerned by the 'snow later in the week' stories I've been hearing.

Oh & Bomber's got a new tannoy to play with ...

I'll look forward to hearing those yellow and red cuation announcements, should there be any.
