Welwyn Game last night

Nice small ground. Played ok against a poor side and with Jon Case playing well we should have won but for poor finishing. Chennels scored the goal and Malc run the line and was probably one of the subs. Will being the other. Can't understand why Will only got 10 minutes up front when coyney looked injured.

Welwyn Fan, if everyone had taken their chances it would have been more like 5-5.

Yes you had two very good chances at the end, but it was POOR finishing that let you down, the same reason we didn't score more.

why only Will as a sub when there were 4 or five first team squad playing in reserves last night.whos the new keeper since Ian wasnt on bench but played last night for one half, The Eton Wick side was made up of a squad that they will pick their 1st team from.

The squad was split and where possible the more local players were to play at Eton and the others at Welwyn.

Obviously due to positions some of the more local players had to travel.

There were meant to be a few more at Welwyn but due to various reasons not everyone could make it.

As for the new keeper he was at Fulham and that is about all I know.
