Great South Run

As some of you are aware (cd,uf etc) I will be running in the Great South Run which is a 10 mile race around sunny Portsmouth on 22nd October, I’ve chosen to run for The Breast Cancer Campaign as I believe it’s a great charity that needs all the help it can get so if you do have any spare change and would like to sponsor me it would be very much appreciated!

You can stick me down for a tenner. My mum has successfully beaten breast cancer and did the race fr life back in May at the age of 75. Any chance of you wearing a Towner bobble hat though!!??
