Enfield Autumn Show

The Enfield Autumn Show is on this coming weekend, Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th September. Come and support the club! We will have our penalty shoot out game as well as information for people new to the club. Enfield Town Ladies FC will be there to get things going on the Saturday while we are off galivanting at Witham in the league while we will be looking after the stand on the Sunday. If you come to the show put on a town shirt and make sure people are aware of our club.

Entry into the Town Park is £5.00 for adults and £3.00 for concessions with under 15s allowed in free and there is plenty going on besides our stand. The show is open from 10.30am and closes either at 6.00pm or 7.00pm depending on which page on the Enfield Council website is correct.

Other Forthcoming Events

We have a couple of other fundraising events coming up. First off is a race night at St Peter & St Paul's Hall, Ordnance Road, Enfield, EN3. This will take place on Friday 29th September and will cost £1.00 to get in. The entrance fee includes your race card. Horse sponsors are still needed so please see Eric Allan, Phil Rice or Andy Hatvani if you are interested.

There will also be a quiz night at the same venue on Friday 10th November. This will cost £40 per table based on £5 per head for teams of eight. The price will include a buffet. Please see Eric Allan, Phil Rice or Andy Hatvani if you are interested. You can also speak to Dave Hicks in the club shop if you are not sure who Eric, Phil or Andy are.

Both events will have a licensed bar.

Lovely weather. Good company. Long day ahead for the usuals.

When you visit the Town Show tomorrow, why not wear your ETFC shirt? Don't forget to have a go at the shooting game and win a goody bag!

Only 50p for 5 attempts to try and win a football. Go on, you know you want to.
