The golf day seemed like a great idea. More central advertising (maybe quite expensive at first) would bring in more supporters which equates to more funds- Some kind of display in the town centre?

 

Maybe we could publicise 'Sponsor-a-goal'. Each person chooses to donate x amount of money per goal, and they pick one player to pay double for, and if that player scores in a season, they recieve some kind of signed picture or something come the end of the season?
