Tony Ievoli's magnificent Colts team stride on, they beat Runwell Hospital 4 0 today in the Pelly Cup on a terrible pitch and the result could have been many more, Runwell hardly threatening our goal.

After his hatrick against Redbridge, it was that man Alex Ievoli who set the tone in the 32nd minute, closely followed by Perry Burns in the 36th and Jake Freeman in the 41st.

This gave our lads a comfortable margin and we hit the bar and had many near misses, Centre Half Steve Green notching a fourth in the 52nd minute.

This puts us in the last 16 of a competition that sees the draw for the next round at a later date.

These lads are gaining experience at Capital League level as well with the majority being first year, so eligible to play at this level next season.

A great result and our lads to be congratulated on their continuing success.

My boys ‘UPR’ also won their round 3 Pelly cup match yesterday against Euro Dagenham

3 – 2 on penalties after extra.

Tough game, and we could get draw against Hornchurch in the next round.

Would love to sit in a Hornchurch dug out as manager.
