Haringey have. They used it for the FA Youth Cup tie v Leyton. You don't walk around the side of the stand when they put it up as it runs from the dressing room through the centre of the stand.

Apparently they're getting a new ground (one day fairly soon), and are expecting FA dispensation because they can prove it.
