that's the point, so there's no point hoping as it won't happen UNLESS the British OC decides to send a British amateur team to the Olympics and we know what would happen then

My understanding was that if we entered a GB football team at the Olympics UEFA/FIFA would no longer recognise the four home unions as independent football associations and therefore it would result in a GB team for all international competitions.
