Russia lost 27 million souls WW11 and in celebration of their sacrifice to beat the Germans attempt at world domination, the worlds leaders met to pay homage

Each participating country sent its PM or equivilent, we sent John Prescott, pathetic

..........And how many German POW's and ex-East Germans did they liquidate under Stalins rule at the end of the war ?

Some people estimate more than Hitler liquidated DURING the war !

Interesting subject for discussion....

Does the 27 million include the number who died because the government couldn't feed*/clothe them adequately?

*I'm not including Leningrad here.

As mentioned above millions died because of Stalin's purges. I estimate a few thousand died as a result of the battle at Stalingrad.

well the official figures for Stalingrads commie dead are in excess of 250,000....but hey...who's counting...maybe 'Joe The Impaler' did a few in himself and blamed it on the Krouts...

personally I don't give a sh*te about the commie turncoats as 10's of 1000's of our merchant seamen lost their lives running the north atlantic gauntlets with the u boats just to supply stalins people before they decided to oppose Hitlers invasion...up until then they had hobnobbed with him....

mind you....Putin could have done us all a favour and locked up fatso prescott on some trumped up charge or other.... <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />

obesity greed and gluttony would have sufficed..... <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />

these commies never did have a sense of propriety.... <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" />

mind you...they dunt'alf breed some top quality lap dancing totty.... <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

come on, how do you expect the Americans to see a British flag with a face full of greasy cheeseburger and an ever increasing waistline?

Oh yes, LTN(London Tonight) ran a story about a Hospital not being able to fly the UK flag, because it was discriminating the foreign workers. Well something along those lines.
