Do you wear them ?

How many do you own, and are there any you are embarrased about ?

I have the following...

Brentford Home (05/06)
Hertford Town (mid 70's, Claret n Blue)
Hertford Town (late 80s, Blue)
AS Roma

Villareal
England Red (2006)
England Blue (1990)

Naturally I have an Enfield Town shirt, with 'Invisible' on the back. This brought a few puzzled questions last year when I was in holiday in Spain during the World Cup. I tended to wear it in the bar watching games when England or Holland weren't playing.

Holland games were good fun in the bar which was a big marquee thing with a huge TV screen, as there were more Dutch people at the place than any other single nationality except Spanish, and they all wore their shirts. The best I could manage was a very out of date Barcelona away shirt, which is a sort of orange. That got a few puzzled looks as well.

Regrettably I have mislaid all my old Spurs shirts. My favourite was the 1981 one, with the central cockerel. Addidas was worst I think.

Invisible Young Man has PNE, Fiorentina and Valencia shirts. He also has my Fiorentina scarf.

Mrs Invisible-Halifax Lass has a Gravesend shirt. And an Enfield Town ESL Winners polo-shirt.....

It seems that football clubs that are sponsored by beer manufacturers will no longer be able to produce kids replica shirts with their sponsors adverts on 'em !

England, home, 1998 (I think).
West Ham, home, when they didn't have a sponser.
2x Hx home strips (one signed).
Hx, away (yellow).

Most of my sporting shirts are hockey related. Bet not many of you own a hockey shirt.

Joking aside, a friend of mine teached in South Korea for a while (during the World Cup actually) and told me the beer is to be avoided at all costs!!!
