I don't particularly like this band but Coldplay's 'Yellow' might be an appropiate song to play.

Speaking of Dr. Feelgood, I just downloaded a load of their songs from the internet and preparing to take them into College when I go back after Easter!!

Oh my God! How could I forget Black Sabbath's Paranoid, although Ozzy's live version on his latest Album is the best version I've heard.

I agree with Dave about bringing back Guns & Roses' Welcome To The Jungle.

Also:

Rainbow - All Night Long

Def Leopard - Rock You Like A Hurricane

Ozzy Osbourne - Breaking All The Rules

Iron Maiden - Two Minutes To Midnight

Iron Maiden - Mother Russia

Although one for Enfield today could be The Pretenders' Where Has Everybody Gone!!

I'll come back with some more once I've finished downloading them!!

That Pretenders track is in the James Bond film The Living Daylights isn't it Matt?

When I first started watching Canvey in the mid nineties we always played Welcome to the Jungle before the match. Then suddenly it stopped.

Whose idea was it to play The Final Countdown?

I think Welcome to the Jungle epitomised the crazy gang spirit of Canvey. Wimbledon in their heyday used to play loud rock music in the dressing room and over the PA and it used to really scare the opponents. I suppose now times have changed and we're no longer a small fish. We're the team everyone wants to beat now!

You know your stuff Dave, The Pretenders also performed the track for the end credits of that film 'If There Was A Man'. They were both composed by John Barry too.

I don't know about Europe's 'The Final Countdown', it's not bad but I'm sure there are better.
