Enfield Town Autumn Show

The Enfield Town Autumn Show will be taking place this Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th September at the Town Park www.ubiqueleisure.co.uk

 

The Ladies Section will be representing the Club on Saturday and we will again be there on Sunday with our "Football Game"

 

We will again have our usual Band of Helpers but if anyone can spare some time to assist your help would be greatly appreciated.

Is it not wise to try and rearrange the show for next weekend. I've just seen the weather forecast and its showing rain all saturday and sunday. Surely we want as many of the Enfieldians as possible to attend

Very much doubt whether it could be changed, especially with all the planning that's gone into it. There is also the Mayor's fun run on 14 September.

Gosh, so much happening in Enfield!! I did know it was a bit late but blimey its gonna be a wash out.

Very Little Miss Happy will be competing in the 3km run. If any of you are there give her a cheer!!

 

I'm doing the 10km run. If any of you are there give me a large G&T!!!

It was great to see the Middlesex Senior Charity Cup proudly displayed at the Town Autumn Show yesterday.

Town Show management discouraged stall holders from walking around asking people for their support by the signing of petitions.

 

Mind you, those who paid to enter the show through the gate were allowed to do as they pleased!

 

Good turnout by the usual few who represented ETFC. Got a bit wet and it was certainly muddy.

Thanks to all our Helpers who did a great Job. Despite the poor weather we did have over 70 children playing the Football Game, plus I was able to buy some of Emma Coopers delicious Organic Chocolates, that alone was worth it

You're not wrong there matey, it makes it all worth while when you see the little one's faces when they win a football and do better than their Dad, priceless. It's just so much better when the sun shines though.

Tell me about it. I am coaching my Sons U9 team over here, and the weather is [****!!****]. However, seeing the team come up and smile, letting me know they're having fun. Good times.
