I would have to agree with Urchinett here.

They ain't a pub team from Essex. They're a useful side with some good players and definitely shouldn't be underestimated.

The year we won the Trophy several Conference clubs called us a 'pub team from Essex' and look what happened.

I think Hornchurch will surprise a few people next season.

St. Albans isn't. Bishops Stortford is a Stansted works' team. Bedford are alright. Kingstonian and Hayes aren't pub teams, they're just a bunch of mongs. Sutton are alright.

Why is it that a SACFC post on your board merits your response that 'it would be churlish not to respond' but a HFC post on our board is met by any response with 'said person has bitten.' Surely you are biting as much as anyone else, or it is as churlish not to respond from our point of view as it is your point of view?

Then again Urchinett, Canvey and Dagenham are the nearly men of non league football in recent seasons. There or thereabouts but not quite achieving their aim of promotion.

well ....the Daggers are to be admired don't they....

 

Gary's done a great job there and so has Kingy at Canvey.....can't see how you believe that the Daggers haven't achieved....brilliant stuff really.....

mind you....both teams have still outshone the St Albanian Golden Boys....I suspect that their forum skills are better than their footie skills....we'll see....

 

by the way...these St 'All Bins' guys are blocking us from posting.....and deleting our posts if they don't like 'em....now I've got 120 IP No's to go at.....ha ha ha ha ha...and...
