RE: Redhill Vs Ringmer

 

At this time, Redhill football club will not comment on the runours surrounding the team line-ups in the game between Redhill and Ringmer in the match that took place on Saturday 8th August 2009 at Kiln Brow. Any such matters are in the hands of the Sussex County Football League and Redhill FC are confident that the SCFL will deal with matters in the right way.

On Saturday 3rd of January 2009 Redhill Reserves played Newhaven Reserves at Kiln Brow in the Sussex County League Reserve Section East and beat Newhaven eight nil. Redhill played two illegal players for that game who were not signed on Francis Duku who now plays for Kingstonian (He played a couple of weeks back against West Ham United) and Martin Dynen. I was told by Redhill FC secretary Mr Phil Watling not to put the team on the web site and to keep quiet and not to mention the two players and the fact they were not signed on for the Club. This happened several times last season with the full knowledge of the Club Secretary.
