Just wanted to wish all you virtual people out there a Happy and safe Christmas; and that the New Year is good for you. May the best team win the league. (as long as it's Town)

Our wingers will have turkey so they fly down the flanks!

 

Graham Hall will have meat so he can 'beef up' the defence!

 

The manager will have a lot of whisky so he can 'scotch' any rumours about us not winning anything.

 

And I hope we do not play on a 'pudding' of a pitch.

I thought Stansted was in Essex? Sawbo is the only Hertfordshire club except in the ESL handbook where is Essex.

May I take this opportunity of not only reciprocating this Leagues' Yule Tide and New Year wishes to Potters Bar Town FC but also to all viewers of Non League Forum, all Eastway Essex Senior League clubs, players and officials and those who will be joining us on our new venture in season 2004-2005 when we bring back the Reserve Division to make it one big happy family in the ESL !
