I see ‘The Irish’ have had their game tonight postponed… looks like Mr. Sinclair's rain dance has worked. Their schedule now looking very busy indeed which can only benefit us. Cannot see where they can fit in an extra game, unless the season will be extended?

Milton Keynes Irish haven't had 'a blip' this season and most Club's generally do during the course of a season, my guess is that it could come at the end of this month and early next with games at Dunstable Town (30 March), Harpenden Town home (2 April), St Panteleimon home (6 April), at Leverstock Green (9 April), at FC Romania (13 April) and at Cockfosters (16 April), that's six tough games in just over two week's. It's a shame that things are suddenly up in the air as we expected Real Bedford would be 'home and hosed' (no pun intended with Cheltenham starting today) when they play Tring Athleic at McMullen Park on Saturday 13 April with so many travelling from far and wide to attend the Conference and game over the weekend.

Do we know how the club is doing with regards to the ground grading? I’d imagine there are a few things that need improving to meet the required level

London Eagle - I am not sure why you suddenly ask that question, I thought that Mr McCormack had already made it clear that there will be no problems next season at Step 4 level and that he is already looking to 2025/26 at Step 3, be it at McMullen Park or elsewhere.

PatrollR24 - Welcome to the Forum lately by the way. Do you mean Milton Keynes Irish or Real Bedford, as far as I am aware Mr McCormack has left no stone unturned with the ground grading for Step 4 football next season, he mentioned it in a recent Podcast if I recall.

Don't anticipate any issues with grading for step 4. Bigger issue is getting there! Obviously there are major concerns over the long term lease and where they may be forced to relocate.

It's thankfully back to Eastern Region Women's League Premier Division action tomorrow (17 March) with a visit to St Albans City Ladies Clarence Park home, kick off 2.00pm. The Ladies last League fixture was on Sunday 4 February, well over a month ago, and a 3-1 victory at Needham Market Ladies, the impressive cup runs this season have been all well and good but a big distraction from the 'bread and butter' of the League and the ultimate aim of promotion to the promised land of the Women's National League:

A surprisingly narrow 2-1 win for Real Bedford Ladies yesterday at Clarence Park with goals from Erin Price and Cesca Partridge against a resilient St Albans City Ladies side who would not lay down despite their lowly League position just above the relegation zone, see both sides of the story. The Ladies are now seven points clear at the top of the Eastern Region Women's League Premier Division, with fourteen wins from fourteen League fixtures, having played three less games than their nearest rivals Haringey Borough:

Thrilled to see a convincing win again after a poor run of form for the pirates. And some serious help from Potton forcing the draw with MK Irish. All to play for still but the margin remains quite thin down the stretch.

RallyInRaleigh - Do you think that Mr McCormack couriered a crate of Krug or Bollinger champagne to the Hutchinson Hollow on Saturday evening or yesterday, as you say Milton Keynes Irish are still in the driving seat with their three games in hand however those two points dropped at Potton United could be crucial.

It's back to distracting Cup action tomorrow evening isn't it at Shefford Town & Campton in a SSML Premier Division Cup Quarter Final tie, perhaps that has been boss Rob Sinclair's 'bugbear' of late with Cup ties in the SSML Challenge Trophy and SSML Premier Division Cup as well as all the frustrating postponements:

Incidentally, I see that LondonEagle has been conspicuous by his absence following Bedford Town's shocking 3-2 defeat to lowly Hadley at The Eyrie last Saturday and Biggleswade Town are just a point behind now in the Southern League Division One Central table with a game in hand. Biggleswade Town won 3-2 at The Eyrie on New Years Day and the Club's come face to face again on Easter Monday at the Carlsberg Stadium which is likely to resign Bedford Town to the lottery of the play-offs with the likes of Ware, Waltham Abbey, AFC Dunstable, Cirencester Town, Hertford Town, Welwyn Garden City or even Lee Bircham's former Club Leighton Town who will be delighted to teach him a stark lesson for his 'treachery' when he left Bell Close with no warning in May last year, taking his trusted assistant Tony Joyce with him:

Lol Bedford Town are still in a strong position for the run-in.  I don't think anyone is too worried, with so many injuries to key players what can you do? Still top of the league.

Phew, a nail biting 4-2 win on penalties last night at Shefford Town & Campton following a 1-1 draw after ninety minutes, goalkeeper Tyler McGregor was the hero stopping two of the hosts kicks, see a match report:

RallyInRaleigh - You are not wrong, it has been a strange campaign, well since Christmas anyway, all the postponements certainly haven't helped Rob Sinclair. Lets hope for a straight forward three points this afternoon against local rivals Dunstable Town and enjoy the live stream:
