LondonEagle - Thanks for that, Tring Athletic produced a nice, and unbiased, match report shortly after the proceedings on Saturday, also see Real Bedford's report, some local press coverage, the match programme and highlights from the live stream:

Just before all the excitement begins at McMullen Park this afternoon, with the men's eagerly awaited Tring Athletic fixture, a gentle reminder that Real Bedford Ladies take on Bowers & Pitsea Ladies tomorrow afternoon, also at McMullen Park, kick off 2.00pm with the game being live streamed. The Ladies will be looking forward to 'exorcising their demons' following last Sunday's shock 4-1 defeat to second in the Eastern Region Women's League Premier Division table Haringey Borough Ladies

I wonder how many of the delegates from the Conference and others stayed on for the Real Bedford Ladies v Bowers & Pitsea Eastern Region Women's League Premier Division fixture yesterday afternoon at McMullen Park which Real Bedford Ladies won 4-0, see a match report and highlights from the live stream to follow:

I found this comment a little peculiar, some National League and EFL Club's would be proud of such a match programme (see below), I take it that the groundhopper didn't take advantage of the deal whereby he would have got a free match programme:

You have to say that it was rather disappointing Rob Sinclair's men could not secure all three points against a Tring Athletic side on Saturday, who they had beaten 3-0 just a week previously in the Premier Division Cup, especially in front of the unprecedented 1,013 attendance at McMullen Park. How do we see the last two fixtures panning out on Tuesday and on Saturday for both Real Bedford, at home to London Lions and away at bottom of the table Sawbridgeworth Town, and Milton Keynes Irish away at Cockfosters and at home to London Lions:

More coverage of the unprecedented news that Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss have ploughed $4.5 million of investment into Real Bedford and become co-owners of the Club although, no doubt, they will take a back seat and allow Mr McCormack to do all the 'donkey' and 'spade' work. Unlike at 'big boys' Wrexham FC where their co-owners, Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, constantly interfere with the day to day running of the Club and take all the credit for their back to back promotions, unlike Mr McCormack has done:

I wonder whether LondonEagle still thinks that Bedford Town can make automatic promotion from the Southern League Division One Central with just three League fixtures remaining, at home to Welwyn Garden City and North Leigh and away to, wait for it, Leighton Town next Saturday who will delight in teaching their former Manager Lee Bircham a stark lesson for his 'treachery':

The latest Podcast aII about footbaII in Bedfordshire which includes an interesting feature on Real Bedford following the recent announcement that $4.5 million will be invested in the Club, fast forward to five minutes into the show. LondonEagle has been as quiet as a mouse hasn't he about the investment which could have easily gone into Bedford Town's coffers had they played their cards right when Mr McCormack came calling at The Eyrie:

Have we heard this interview with Mr McCormack from a year or so ago with the 'Change Work Life' Podcast and host Jeremy Cline who sounds just like 'Whispering' Bob Harris. It's a very interesting one delving into his so called 'dark past' and 'hitting rock bottom' for a while following the breakup of his marriage, it goes to show what can be achieved, despite adversity in life, if you put your mind to it and it's a stark lesson to us all:

Sorry to do a Tommy SteeIe again folks but 'what a picture, what a picture, what a photograph' of Real Bedford Ladies with some of the Conference delegates from, wait for it, Minneapolis who travelled thousands of miles at their own expense and stayed around for the Ladies Eastern Region Women's League Premier Division fixture against Bowers & Pitsea Ladies on Sunday, quite incredible to put it mildly:

Epic day watching the @RBFCLadies win 4-nil and getting to meet the players in the Clubhouse. Looking forward to their continued success!

Sorry I've been muted in recent weeks--I've been on an extended climbing trip where internet is intermittent on a good day. What a season! Can't wait to see if we can back it up with a cup win as well and then it's on to the next!

CHAMPIONSSS! What a season! Pushed right to the wire by MK Irish, certainly not as easy as anyone expected but got the job done!

Do wish Irish all the best in their playoffs! A fantastic season of their own and from what I understand operate on a very small budget! Massive overachievement to push us all the way!
