I didn't want to resurrect a very old thread on the Aston Clinton Park Club however it was interesting to look back on when they last won the Division Two Championship in 2011/12, doing the League and Cup double that season, with contributions from Craig Bicknell and Steve Tucker as well as TringArmy, Savagebee and Winslow Boy who have always stayed loyal and faithful to the Forum, unlike all of the old disloyal und unfaithful posters. Aston Clinton were unfortunate the following 2012/13 campaign as a one point deduction cost them a successive Championship losing out to Kent Athletic who had an inferior goal difference, the deduction was for playing an ineligible player in a fixture at Risborough Rangers on 9 April 2013 when they already had one hand on the trophy:

The Wycombe Senior Cup 2019/20 thread is mostly about Aston Clinton, they have made the competition their own over the last few seasons however were always going to find it tough at Horsenden Lane on Tuesday 4 February against the so called 'unbeatables' of Risborough Rangers and so it proved, report and over 150 photographs below:

Over 100 photographs from the Aston Clinton v Bedford SSML Challenge Trophy Second Round tie, at Aston Clinton Park on Saturday 30 November 2019, a shock was always going to be on the cards and so it proved with Aston Clinton winning 4-2 and progressing to meet Arlesey Town at Hitchin Road where  they were unlucky to lose 4-3 on penalties after a 1-1 draw:

Photographs and match report from Aston Clinton v Mursley United in a SSML Division 2 fixture on 2 May 2018 which Aston Clinton won 5-0 with two goals from Mitchell Collins, Alex McGowan, Alex Little and Ryan Binnee, to be fair to Mursley United the scoreline slightly flattered Aston Clinton as it was only 1-0 at the interval:

Over 100 photographs and match report from the 2018/19 SSML Division Two Cup Final between Old Bradwell United and Aston Clinton, played at Bell Close on Wednesday 10 April 2019, which Old Bradwell United won 3-2 on penalties after a 0-0 stalemate, no extra time was played. Aston Clinton were left kicking themselves that they couldn't manage to beat ten men for 83 minutes of normal time with Old Bradwell United's Darryl Smith receiving his marching orders on just seven minutes:

There is an on-line Local Gym & Fitness page on Aston Clinton Football Club which is very informative about the Club and well up to date, or at least until the curtain abruptly came down in March on the 2019/20 campaign, there are some good links to photographs and video footage:

An interesting Sports Shots interview with Aston Clinton's new supremo Jack Seaton ahead of tomorrow's pre-season friendly with Chalvey Sports at Aston Clinton Park as well as the new campaign. It will be interesting to see how the Club cope with the loss of Lewis Workman who they always relied on to hit the net which he did for them on a regular basis, I believe Lewis had been with the Club pretty much all of his career prior to the recent move to Aylesbury Vale Dynamos apart from a brief and unhappy spell at Marlow:

Aston Clinton travel to Station Road to meet Mursley United on Saturday 19 September for their first SSML Division Two fixture of the new campaign, they then entertain new boys Berkhamsted Comrades the following Saturday. Amazingly both League fixtures at Station Road and Aston Clinton Park last season failed to materialise due to the curtain crashing down on the 2019/20 campaign in mid March shortly before the sides were due to lock horns for the first time, they are however obviously no strangers and played out a pulsating 5-5 stalemate at Station Road just before the end of the 2018/19 season in a game that will be remembered for many a long year.

Looks like a new clubhouse, bar, changing rooms being built at the moment. Doesn’t  look particularly ready for the season yet.

Edit. There appear to be temporary changing rooms in place round the other side.

TringArmy - At least there has been progress since Saturday 7 March when Aston Clinton hosted Bovingdon, it's strange isn't it how a Club can get permission to erect a large building at their ground but can't insall floodlighting which is just as fundamental to its future:
