A workmanlike display and a chance to see players who do not feature regularly in our first team.

I am sure that many of them will be called into action again in this current pile up of fixtures.

Not much to add to Steph’s post above. The starting eleven were picked with tomorrow night’s match at Concord in mind - definitely the right thing to do.

Herson Alves deserved his man of the match award and marshalled our midfield very well. Shame that Obe picked up a groin injury in the second half because he had the beating of the Llantwit Major left back every time. Great volley from Jake Cass to clinch the win - he played most of the second half and looked much the better for it.

A healthy attendance (not far off 600) for this match, including 50 odd Llantwit supporters who made the trip. They made themselves heard! A good boost to the ETFC coffers - hopefully enough to cover our Copenhagen costs.

The return leg in April should be a good day out, though I expect to hear a similar chant from their supporters as some of ours last night. What goes around, comes around 🫣🤭
