I see our friendly with Colchester Utd has been cancelled and we are now playing Three Bridges from the Sussex County League on July 20th.

I have to say "who the f..king hell are you?!"

Never heard of them myself. Is it a place with three bridges? <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Believe it's near Crawley so a few there may travel to watch one of their new opponents for next season.

Wonder why the change with Colchester although it was early days.

Not sure about the name Three Bridges but it might have something to do with they might have Three Bridges, for something?

Three Bridges for the uninitiated are just a couple of miles from the Broadfield stadium.

The team finished 4th in the sussex County league last season, and with two more points would have been runners up.

The ground (quarter mile from the station)is one of the best in the league, managed by one of the best in Sussex, the ground is nice and compact with large club house, 100 seater new stand, plenty of tarmac and grass parking areas.

And not forgetting drinks served in mugs, not your cheapo plastic cups.

Just a thought, I not sure after reading some previous mails whether the game is home or away.

But at least if its at 'Bridges' you won't be disappointed with the ground.

Crawley town supporter.

East to get to by train. It's on the London to Brighton Line, via Redhill, for the un-initiated !

A nice ground. Sorry it's in Sussex, and near to Surrey, but then again - That's not Essex !
