The Manor came back from a two goal deficit to beat Brentwood Town FC 2-3. With grit and determination the Braves scored all three goals in the first half, the first after 30 minutes from a cracking low drive into the bottom right hand corner from Joe Morritt, the second after 36 minutes a fabulous 20 yard unstoppable bullet from Steve Whitelock and a scorching winner from 40 yards from Prosper Lobe. The Manor can take great pride in their performance as can Manor Man of the Match Bradley Mills who worked tirelessly in Midfield for the whole 90 minutes. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/yay.gif" alt="" />

I dont think Manor will cause you many problems on Tuesday. Brentwood started the game well and should have been at least 4 up before Manor even scored. On a footballing side the game was in the bag for us until Manor started to play dirty and our left back lost his head for 10 mins which was when the goals were scored. Two from the left side of the pitch and one which was hit from probablgt 40 yards out which went in. If you can run at there defence from the start and get down the wings and plenty of men in the box you will definately get the result you want. Any other side would have beaten Manor by at least 5 goals yesterday but we all know by now thats why Brentwood are where we are.

You silly little boy there was not a bad tackle in the whole game and playing dirty the average Manor age was 18 so a bunch of kids beat you up you prick? Anonymous Brentwood, player, Fan, Staff or Board member, to say we played dirty is not true. To say you should have been four up is also a gross exaggeration! What's your problem? both the Manor and Brentwood Town are not having the best of Seasons that is true, So many times after a game I have praised the opposition even when we get beat, which has been a few times just of late! Why can't you just accept that we were the better team on the day? I thought Your lads did well, they are only a few players short of being in the top three, so don't knock your own players and Club just because you feel personally bitter. I think I know who you are, I noticed one fan standing behind the goal that was criticising his own team!!

 

To the decent people of Brentwood Town, you have a great set-up there, great people with great hospitality. You are being dragged through the gutter by people like Anonymous, so take my advice and ditch them quick.

Top post by the Brentwood D**k head, if we were that predictable and that easy to beat, how come we walked with all three points. We've only got 11 points at present, just remember 4 of those come from you.

Ha Ha Ha, got any more advice for our future opponents.

Not sure what game anonymous was at but I thought it was an entertaining game which Brentwood started well in but couldn't kill the game off. Manor deserved the 3 points as we only played for 30 mins and once they got going manor seemed to be able to hold there own. Not quite sure if anonymous was in the ground at all but I was sitting in the seats and there was no one moaning there at all, in fact we I'm not sure which set of supporters were more shocked with the goals and scores. Great game, great supporters and good luck for the rest of the season.

 

A Brentwood supporter who speaks some sense (hopefully)

Same Old Manor. A bit of criticism and suddenly they let loose. Take a look at your own match reports if you want to see something bias. You lose by 5 or 6 goals and you were unlucky. You are around the bottom of the league but you are unlucky and not a bottom three side??? As for being dirty how many players did you have sent off earlier in the season??? Oh I forgot they were al unlucky to be sent off!!! A pub side who will always be around the bottom???
