1)Andy Ford is still here

2)That he may be a little too pricey for us.

 

I think you may be confused by some of our fans speculating who would be a good replacement for our current manager should he leave.

Who knows? Some would want him, some wouldn't. I don't want to see Fordy hounded out of Stonebridge Road as if he is some money grabbing lazy cheating thieving chav as some on here would put him down as. Andy has done a good job for us the trouble was last season and running into this we had such a good run of form. FF I'm not saying that you are in the catagory of fans that is calling for Andy's head, I can understand what you are saying about him not taking us forward and it's clear you are not having him hounded out like a dog.

With relation to Gary Hill he has said he wants back in the Conference. Personnally I think we will wait until the end of the season some bloke will buy the club turn us into a professional outfit and install Hill as our manager. But not until the summer.

I doubt it will happen for some reason. There is a possiblilty of ford being sacked, but i dont think it will happen so soon, but hill being brought in too replace him im not so sure.

I'm not saying GH isn't going to GNFC....but my pal was chatting with him after Saturday's match and GH said he "hasn't anything lined up just yet".

A few weeks ago, I heard idle chit chat that Andy Hessanthaler might be heading to Gravesend, now it is Garry Hill. Once again, it seems we need to state that Andy Ford has done a wonderful job with the club and the money he has had available. It would seem unjust to sack him now as a repayment for his loyalty to the club. I hope if we do decide to change manager that we wait under the end of the season and give Andy the chance to prove the doubters wrong.
