steve king lewes, fantastic young manager with contacts you wouldnt believe,just look at what he haS done at lewes and is still doing there,one of the mosted talked about young managers on the circuit.

Hess gets my vote, even though he has gone to Hull. There's a clause in his loan that says they can call him back after a month if they want, which would be an option wouldn't it?

He must be a good outsider. Has only been loaned by Gillingham, and will not want to move his young family to Hull, which would rule out a permanent move.

Maybe Tommy Sampson as caretaker until the end of the season,who would become chief scout, then Hessy as boss and his good pal Ade as his sidekick. THAT would be a dream team!!!
