>>Does that include injury time

Each match last 90 minutes - when a sub comes on, I take the time he comes on - eg if he comes on at 67 minutes, then he is on the field for 23 mins playing time. I cannot think of another way to do it, unless I add on the stoppage time as well, which would make most matches longer than 90 mins.

Yes, I know this can be a bit misleading, if a player comes on at 90 mins and there are six mins stoppage time, as happened on Tuesday - the simple way to get around this is to allocate the sub the full six mins, and the other player then gets 84 mins.

Unlike ice hockey, the clock does not stop each time that play stops, so obviously the timing is not going to be one hundred percent accurate.
