What makes Gsry Henty the most experienced player in the back four, his age, more games for Btfc, i would have thought Danny K, and Macca having played at a much higher level were more experienced.. yes /no

Gary Henty is the longest serving BTFC player but as Paul27 has pointed out, it doesn't really matter. One of them can do it.

 

Oh and your other question on the other thread "February CD's"...why not? I am fully aware this is a football forum and that we have a general forum but hey, I'm feeling saucy and decided to post my thoughts and reviews on this forum...Doesn't appear to create a problem to anyone accept you.

Jus to defend myself, i am only stating what i saw about Dale.In my opinion he played awfully, now if this was someone else like John Simmonds, then everyone would be all over it like a rash.

 

All in all we played well and i think the new acquisitions of Lee, Scott and Danny Brown will help form a good squad for next year.

 

I think we should be going all out to win the cup as in my opinion again we don't have much of a chance of the playoffs at this stage.

Im afraid i now have to agree with Guildford Blue. I believe the playoffs are now beyond us. and our league task should be finishing above chelmsford in either 6th or 7th.

 

the Cup would be a great. something to celebrate, end on a high, really boost the players for next year. when with the squad we have at the moment could definatly challenge for promotion.

Of course you’re entitled to your opinion, and entitled to air that opinion, that’s what these forums are for. So keep posting your opinion.

 

But IMO, you’re wrong when you say that John Simmons would receive comments such as "he can't kick" and "that’s the worst footballing performance I've seen in a while"

 

 

I, and I'm sure Dale, will admit, that it wasn't his best performance, But I, like Barry and Ob's thought you were a little harsh in the wording.
