Windsor v Slough

chels - WEFC

id like to think so but it will probably business as usual and slough will run out 4 -0 winners.

id like to think im an optimist so i'll go for 2-1 windsor <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

Hard to say - on recent form I would say we would win but your players have no pressure now as you are down there is nothing to play for - could actually make for an entertaining and close game.

as good as the saves that drake made were i think the best chance was the one that fell to jarvis, who was given space on the penalty spot and could have done better.had it not been for drake it could have been worse for windsor but he made up for his error which caused the first goal with the three fine saves late on.i'll take a draw.atleast it wasnt 4-0 this time

i must have seen a different game as niether keeper covered themselves with glory, other than his goal drake looked unsure about when to come and when to stay, very slow off line and another soft goal to go with Saturdays. Slough keeper must have wanted the ground to open up when he tried to look flash with a basic punt up field,i thought he had an eye on the striker tearing in,only he will know but will remember it for years to come. The rest of the match i kept looking for the volley ball net along the halway line as everything seemed to be pumped up and over it up field, neither side tried to bring it down and play even allowing for a bumpy pitch, take Kearsy out of Windsor and the strker[10} from Slough and the rest was a local park match played quicker.

he may be another spectator not a wefc fan, he also was critical of others but dont see them winging. his addmission helps pay your salary so except his point of view we are all entitled to our say be it good or bad, if you dont like it dont read it.

you could have opened a can of worms Mr Anonymous II....I think it's a fair point, "retard" maybe a tad strong, but we all get the message.

My "can of worms" statement relates to us supporters paying the players wages. I suspect the numbers we get through the gates wouldn't pay too many of our players salaries, (or a tip for the paper boy at that) and if it wasn't for other factors, our players wouldn't be getting paid, and therefore wouldnt be our players!

As for Drake, he wouldn't be my first choice for a goalkeeper, but when you've watched Kevin Mitchell and then Trevor Bunting you get a little bit spoilt.

Thanks for the video Gary.

I thought a draw was a fair result as both teams had chances near the end.

Both the keepers made blunders but also made good saves at the as well. I thoughly enjoyed the game.

It is the best derby I have seen in years and not one sending off.

Is the Slough goalie the new brentford keeper or is he just on loan at slough?

He was and apparently didn't get on quite so well there. He has been outstanding for us - some of his shot stopping is out of this world. It was a shame he made his one big mistake in the derby but these things happen.
