On what grounds can a club playing in a step 5 division with no relegation in 2005-06 end up being demoted to a step 7 division in 2006-07?

 

And can someone please explain to me how a team finishing outside of a promotion position get promoted? (Bookham, in this instance)

 

If those points can be answered then I might be able to accept Epsom playing in CCL1.

Bookham should not be promoted in my opinion. They should have to win the league to come up. Ryman constitution is no longer in question as it is all CCL now. Ryman may of said no relegation but we are different

This is the FA Alb. Anything can happen especially if the clubs rebel. Not sure they will though.
