Be fair, Jimmy, 4 red cards in about 10 games which incurred about a 10 match ban certainly doesn't make him a saint.

Now, some may believe he may have channelled his "unique" talents into his play.

I believe the answer is much simpler than that.

"Mad Dog" Allen simply told him if he didn't curtail his "Zidane" streak, his time as a proffessional footballer would be limited.

He got a 6 game ban - he was at times over zealous but the reaction of the experts on here was ridiculous.

 

There are worse thugs out there who get away with it.

I seem to remember the "Behind the Goal Boys" giving the guy a torrid time whenever we played Margate but to be honest if Chris Kinear thought he was a good player, he couldn't have been that bad.

 

Chris is by far the most tallented and best motivator we have ever seen on the Kent non-league scene. It's a shame (a) we could never get him and ( he's out of football now (I think unless someone can tell me otherwise?)

CK was to scared to change the formation that wasn't working for Margate and like wise with the team selection in his last 3 seasons as Margate manager when we were struggling and all the time he said he cannot change it as he did not have the players to play in a different formation then what we were playing in at the time. Robin Trott took over changed the team line up and formation and all of a sudden we looked better and more importantly were getting results.
