[Mitchurchin]

Great all round performance with excellent strength through the spine of the team. Jimmy Mac and Purdie were excellent, Tommo was useful and the two forwards were on form. Have to say, there were a few chances missed that could have sent the scorline skywards, but we did the job, have another 3 points and can look forward to Boreham Wood, which will be an altogether tougher proposition.

 

All in all, a great day out, lovely September sun and a couple of decent goals.

 

As for our Canvey contributor, tis a shame, indeed, but you are where you are so make the best of it, rally your troops and enjoy a season playing against some good opposition.
