I believe that must have been when the team at meadowbank was called Guildford and Dorking United, those were Southern League days.

I played against Jimmy Greaves in the Southern League cup when he was playing for Chelmsford many moons ago,they had a load of ex pros playing.Dished us up home and away.

Kroons you sad old git I said Camberley played against Barnet and if youd have asked my pratt of a brother got married when we played them,3 `other players in the picture played for the youth team as well as myself Ian McCoubrie, Brian Broome and Bobby Lucas,I went on to represent the club in the F A county youth cup final for Surrey against Liverpool at Anfeild

you are forgiven fat boy,this is gonna get em going mate,glenn hoddle played for frimley green a couple of times when Glynn Howells was the youth team manager at spurs he had a connection with somebody at the club, I played in a match with him and i believe it was at Hoddesdon I think we drew 2 2 a good result for us as they had won the FA vase the season before,I think we were in the Athenian league.
