I cant find how the surrey elite league fits in or who is likely to be in it, any ideas?

The promo/rel decisions will be made at the end of the season.
The Elite League will sit at step 7 and feed to CCL Div 1.
I believe it will consist of teams from Surrey Intermediate West and Surrey South Eastern Combination and any clubs who would prefer to demote from CCL1.

Evidently TSF clubs wishing to be promoted have to have the required ground grading by March 31st.

Of the Div.1 clubs that look likely to finish in promotion positions none currently has it although it seems that Hartley Wintney may well meet the deadline with a new stand. It would be nice if someone from HWFC can confirm.

If that is true then Dorking are almost certainly down after yesterday although no one yet knows whether any re-organisation will get them a reprieve.

I'm sure that the Dorking public will look forward to a DFC v Dorking Wanderers local derby if they moved to the CoCo side of the pyramid but they were smashed 7-0 yesterday so that seems a bit of a pipe dream. It seems that the wind has well and truly gone out of their sails.

The Hartley Wintney situation is correct.
Unless Hanworth Villa pull off a miracle at their ground, only HWFC (If stand and other issues are ready by 31st March) will promote. Reading Town and Badshot Lea are set to swap positions.
2 other Hellenic clubs "may" join CCL Div 1.
Two other clubs have applied to join CCL1.
At present, Merstham and Molesey will swap places.
All of this is subject to any mergers, clubs folding or wishing to demote.
I believe the CCL Prem will still be a 22 club division. yay
There are one or two other issues as well. argue

thanks for the info gents.

Very frustrating that finishing league positions don't decide it.

I guess Guildford were delighted last year and Dorking might be this.

Not so bad if you know you cant get promoted from the start of the season either but otherwise it feels like the season is something of a series of friendlies.

......and not a mention of two certain F.A. Premiership results from TSF.

I was lucky enough to end up in a pub on the south coast last night with a rampant Chelsea supporter behind the bar as Mein Host.

It was quite an evening, (so I was told this morning !)
